Click on add to cart (below).
This will prompt you to fill an information form required for meeting logistics.
When this completed and “added to cart”, you can click on the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen to proceed to payment.
Once you have paid for registration you will see a confirmation page and receive an emailed receipt.
Please note that although you will not be charged for registration, you are required to complete the 'payment' process including entering a billing address in order to complete the registration process.
